Terms and Conditions
- Deposit is required to confirm all bookings
- Photographic Identification is to be provided at check in
- A valid Credit Card, as accepted by Waterfront Serviced Apartments Melbourne, is to be provided at Check In to cover any incidental charges
- Balance of accommodation costs, in terms of any agreement, is required to be paid at or prior to Check In.
- Cancellation prior to 14 days from commencing stay will have full refund of deposit paid, less an administrative fee. Cancellation within 14 days of commencing date will forfeit the full deposit as a cancellation fee.
Additional Information
- Price includes welcome pack on arrival and use of all facilities within the complex.
- All apartments are supplied with basic cleaning necessities, however if preferred we can arrange cleaning and servicing to suit guest's individual needs (eg daily, weekly, fortnightly, etc).
- Additional items such as cot, rollaway bed, fax machine, etc can be arranged. Please contact us in advance if you require assistance with these items.
